The weapon handles well with this new stock. The quality is very good and installed very easily with a good matching barrel fit. I will buy another when the 45 version from High Point gets here. I think I have the shipping time down so next time will be easier.

What a nice looking addition to the original ugly stock that comes with the carbine. The quality is outstanding and is very comfortable to shoot and hold. Only complaint is the holes that match up with the chamber. Was able to take off and put new stock on within a half hour. But the chamber plate and 2 bolt holes took an additional 2 hours. Should have been 5 minutes tops if they lined up. One thing, the directions warn you of this problem...so they no it exist.

Nice stock, makes the carbine look a lot better. Had some issues with reattaching one bolt, other than that the instructions and product were excellent

This stock made the Hi Point Carbine feel sturdy compared to the factory stock. The only downside I have with it is that you have to remove the upper fore end to disassemble the rifle. I think if this is repeated several times it will wear down the screw points possibly stripping them. Overall I like it much more than the factory stock and would recomend it.

Great stock! I love this gun; without a doubt the bargain of the century! A friend also had one, bought this stock and converted a butt-ugly gun into a nice firearm. I had to get this stock. It took about 20 minutes to change it over and everything fit like a dream. To use the sling that came with the original gun, go buy a couple of 1.25 - 1.5 inch split key rings from WalMart. They wind into the nice sling swivels that come on the stock and the sling fits in perfectly. Again, a great stock.

Looks great, feels great, but took a ton of modification to make it fit properly. I think it needs a little reworking so it would fit better out of the package, but besides that i am happy with it

Very nice upgrade from the factory stock. Adds a little weight and allows for more customization. The only downside is that the stock almost always seems to require fitting for the receiver cover to bolt on, because the receiver, receiver cover, and stock holes do not line up sufficiently for the receiver bolts to slide through. For me it was not terribly difficult, and I was able to put the stock on with simple hand tools in about 30 minutes. Only 4 stars due to the fitting issue, as ATI needs to fix this.

The Look and feel of this stock is awesome, the fitment is another story. be prepared to elongate the two main mounting holes, and to file the plastic to make thing line up.... took over an hour of tweaking to make it go together okay, i would say that there is some "gunsmithing" involved.... on the stock itself anyways

Great improvement over oem stock had to remove a little material from stock for correct fit but that was per instructions no big deal only problem was missing one part that was a manufactures issue the part is on its way

I put an after market stock on my hi point 9mm rifle. I needed additional parts. Manuf said no way. I contacted Hi Point. They sent the parts the same day, no charge. No that''s customer Service. A+. Thank you.

This was a little tricky to install but I was aware when I bought it. Transformed my plain 995 into a nice looking carbine. Id recommend it to anyone with an older hipoint 995.
