Well worth it. Draw back is the rails are plastic, but is plenty sturdy for my forward grip and who needs a metal rail to mount their surefire. Great product.

This fits perfectly on the Saiga 12 gauge. Has a good feel and picatinny rails are positioned well; I mounted a vertical grip and flashlight and I can easily activate the flashlight while at the ready. My Saiga with this and the TAPCO T6 collapsible stock with saw style pistol grip is a 100% tactical BMF. If you plan on mounting a vertical grip, I suggest you get a folding one; the magazine requires a lot of clearance room to remove.

Good product, hanging the rails took a little finger coordination with the nuts and screws but went fairly well. Having the mounting nuts integral to the guard wouldn''t have difficult to do. Wondering if loc-tite might be needed on the rail mounting screws. The mounting tab that fits into the receiver needed to be trimmed and then persuasively hammered into place to fit. Understanding the variations of the AK-receiver type, probably better to have to trim it than to have it too loose.

Maintains basic AK styling, while allowing for small piccatinny rails. You must mount the rails yourself using very small allen screws, but it is easy. Make sure you use the correct size allen wrench! Also, very tight fit into the receiver end, and I had to use a rubber mallet, but I got it in just fine. Good value.

Another great product by tapco. the only drawback is the rails are plastic... other than that its a solid stable mount, and makes my saiga look mean!

Both the stock set and the railed fore stock were very easy to install, the stock needed just a tap witha hammer to make it fit all the way into the reciever. Really makes an awesome weapon even more intimidating especially with the 20 round drum magazine installed!!! I am very pleased with this modification.

Another Fine Tapco Product and A Great improvement to any Saiga Rifle/Shotgun. For those on a budget the price can''t be beat,no machining is require,a handy Allen Wrench is included. Don''t worry about the instructions the Tapco website is there also as is the Saiga.com forum. Depending on your Saiga type there will be extra parts left over so don''t panic when you open the parts bag. The Tri Rails are easy to installed,using one or all three and the vented fore stock is a plus to your firearm. In short a nice addition that doesn''t ruin the look or interefere with its function. Rail placement is just where its needed for a tactical light(s),laser and a Grip with or without a Bipod. Next to buying my Saiga this is the best buy I''ve made for it. Sure its plastic but its tough and won''t rust or corrode as metal parts do. Get one and see for yourself.

No problems installing this on my Saiga. It looks great! It was a pain trying to get the factory handguard off though.
